Happy Fri-YAY, ladies! Okay – so I know it’s not actually winter, but Good Lord, it feels like it! Real feel as I type this is 22°. We had two snow days last week, so this week has been really crazy. TBH – I’m feeling pretty overwhelmed right now with responsibilities. It can be rough to adult through it all, but I wanted to do this post because I wanted to. I feel that I probably definitely have some higher level priorities right now, but creating and thinking imaginatively is what I need most. - Samantha Ravndahl made me buy it – again. I picked up this hair crimper on Amazon and I’m (im)patiently waiting it’s arrival. It’s supposed to be here sometime tonight. In the meantime, here’s a look at what it can do. Also, I don’t ever have time to style my hair anymore so I’m not sure why I needed it, but I do okay. Don’t judge me. But I do think if I get a chance, this style would look suuuuper cute under a beanie this winter.

- I’m a bit obsessed with tablescapes, and this time of year there’s so many great ones. I really don’t go overboard with my own table, but I do keep it permanently set because it’s pretty. However, I love the look of an ornately set table. This one from Coco Cozy is the perfect mix of simple and casual, as well as elegant and just a touch too much. I’m IN LOVE with the massive candle pillars.

- My kids (students) have been loving the Wings of Fire series. They’ve pretty much begged me to read it, too. I’m only a few pages in, but if you’re looking for a series for a kiddo this season I think it’s pretty loved!
