It’s my birthday month! I love May. It always feels like New Year’s to me. I start the month feeling so rejuvenated and excited – I really wish I could bottle up that feeling to access whenever I wanted, but maybe it wouldn’t work because it wouldn’t be so special that way. Anyway, I’m rambling. Here’s some of the things I loved this week:

This week I loved…
- I recently talked about how I was doing an eyeshadow challenge, trying to use all my palettes. Well, I started with the Natasha Denona Retro Glam palette this week and I. Am. Loving it.
- Alright. I joined the bandwagon. I got the Lululemon belt bag. I love it. I want more colors. There, I said it.
- It’s worth mentioning KindleUnlimited again because I’m still loving it. I’ve been binging short stories lately so I’m already close to my goal of 100 books for the year which is… weird. But also they’re short stories sooo…
In case you missed it…
- On Monday, I shared my favorite reads from 2022. I meant to post this back in January, but, you know, life. I should make a post, but I’d rather move on and not dwell. Except on these books. Because they were good.
- On the hunt for some new workout wear? Check out Wednesday’s post, where I shared my latest favorite for low-impact activities: tennis dresses. I’m obsessed. Obsessed.
Check this out…
- I’m still rebuilding my following list since Bloglovin’ died, so what are your favorite blogs?
- I love this list of outfit ideas from Style Bee. Especially that green jumpsuit, holy crap!
- I also love teachers. They’re great. Being Bridget shared a post full of End-of-Year gift ideas that you should totally check out if you know a teacher. 😉
Shop this weekend…
- Since it’s my birthday month, I wanted to share a few of my favorite stores that do birthday rewards:
- Ulta
- Sephora
- Starbucks
- LOFT
- Kendra Scott
- What are your favorites??
- BaubleBar is having a sale through May 8th. Get 20% off with code BB20.
- Always shop with Rakuten (not sponsored, but this is a referral link which you can get too if you’re a part). I’ve saved almost $400 since using it, and I know I’ve missed out on quite a bit from not taking advantage of the in-store features as well. I’m working on getting better because it’s seriously so fundamental.
