We’ve all heard Passenger’s Let Her Go, recently one of my favorite country artists, Glen Templeton, released a cover of the song and I love it. To me, his version sounds a little more crisp and clear, the power of the lyrics really shines through. It’s a great cover. My favorite outfit this week is this look worn by Aida on Stockholm Streetstyle. I’ve been on the hunt for some great two pieces and suits, but I have yet to find one that really satisfies me. This gorgeous burgundy suit would be great! And I love that she paired it with such a casual white t-shirt.
I’m so deeply in love with the Au Natural lipgloss shade by Mary Kay, it’s the perfect nude, “my lips, but better” shade for me. I went through an entire tube in a month. The love is so deep that I’m on the hunt for a perfect dupe because it seems the favorites are always discontinued (although you can bet my next Mary Kay order will include 5 minimum to be stashed away. Oops.). I tried Freestyle by Urban Decay, I like it, but it’s not quite pinky enough and I’m not in love with the consistency. I’d be willing to try some other shades because they’re so pretty, but it’s not my dupe. I’m not sure what to try next, but I’m anxiously awaiting my next Ulta visit.
Stress from work, school, and dealing with issues in my apartment are starting to take a toll on my skin. It’s breaking out and looking kind of dull. This weekend I’ll be doing some serious indulging in an attempt to start clearing it up. I love this Mary Kay mask, it’s easy to use and doesn’t take sitting around forever. I’m also looking for other suggestions, if you’ve got any!
Fortunately I don’t have class today, but I do have so much reading to get done. I’m headed down to the pool to soak up some rays and teach myself Portuguese! Enjoy your weekend!
