Happy Monday, ladies! I’m still majorly far behind over here. What are your tips for catching up when you can’t slow down?  In today’s post I’m sharing Spring 2018 Formula #1. I’m actually thinking of revamping this series soon and approaching it in a new direction. Is there anything you’d particularly like to see?

WORKWEAR FORMULAS

I love this outfit. I don’t often layer tops under my dresses, I’m not sure why, I think most of my dresses have long or statement sleeves already? But I had this simple suede dress that I thought would be perfect for spring and summer. The shape is quite casual, but the material lends itself to dressing up a bit. So to make it more work appropriate, I layered this silk top underneath. And the fabric combo is stunning! This is a great way to dress up or make appropriate many of your spring and summer dresses. So long as the length is there, and there isn’t any obvious cut-outs that scream “I usually show lots of skin!,” you can make it work for work!
