Happy Tuesday, ladies! How’s your week going? I had a doctor’s appointment yesterday so that set the tune for my week. Nothing major, but hopefully I’ll be feeling more myself soon! Anyway, for today’s Flights of Fancy, I want to talk about a way to shop local on a larger level. Shoptiques is site that hosts other, local boutiques who don’t want to open a separate online storefront. I think the idea is genius because it allows those stores to target a much larger marketplace without needing the technical know-how or time to devote to building up a stand-alone site. It’s kind of like Etsy for boutique owners! I think it’s a pretty nifty idea, so here’s a few pieces from several boutiques on the site to give you an idea of what’s on offer!

• This bag is seriously one of the most stunning bags I’ve seen in awhile. Navy is practically a neutral and the cross-body style combined with the pretty print make this a great styling piece whether you’re dressing up or down.
• I see this embroidered top looking amazing with the Kenneth Cole sandals and a pair of white jeans. Perfect for shopping, a date day, or even a family get together!
• This skirt is so FUN! It would make the perfect date night piece year-round, but also look amazing for spring and summer weddings!
• The shape and style of this romper are to die for. I love a good unique romper, and this one really takes the cake. Style it up with navy heels or down with a denim jacket and cute mules.
