BIKINI MANIA

Ah, swim suit season. The greatest time of year. I dunno know about you, but I spend all winter long stuffing my face full of pasta and Portuguese food and hot chocolate… and there goes my summer bikini bod. The thing is: I crave different foods in different seasons. So as the sun starts to heat up, the thought of pasta makes my tummy hurt and I start craving meals loaded with fresh fruits and veggies and tons of water and smaller portions. (Being hot on a super duper full stomach is miserable.) I get a lot of heat (no pun intended) for losing weight in the spring. People tell me I’m good how I am: dude this is how I am, I’m literally eating differently because I want different foods. It’s a difficult concept. But anyway, I’ll get off my soapbox and show you some amazing bikinis and swimsuits worth check out this season.
