The hunt to find a pretty, well-lit spot to shoot in my apartment is, well, failing. I hoped when we moved we’d be lucky enough to get a little Southern Sun, but no. I mean, the light is way way better than it was before. Way better. Just still not quite there for photos, but I try! I moved a ton of furniture just to shoot these! So Bad.

Literally the only reason I needed to leave my apartment this day was for a group project – and I could drive to it. So, naturally, I wore heels. And over-teased my hair because of an awful back part. Please tell me I’m not the only one? It’s the little struggles in life that are the most annoying, like, “if I’m gonna bomb this class, can’t my hair at least look nice doing it?”

Words of Wisdom:If you can’t blind them with brilliance or baffle them with bullshit, well, maybe you can at least distract them with a great ankle bootie.
