SHOE CRUSH: FREEBIRD
It takes a special kind of shoe to have an entire post dedicated to it. Last time I fell so hard, it was over an adorable pair of Mary Jane inspired heels. This time, and I’m sure no one is surprised, a gorgeous pair of boots caught my eye. Typically I prefer very tall boots, but the color and detail on these make the 11½ shaft just enough. The “Billy” is actually a more mellow design, with subtle embroidery, I like it too, but it’s sister pair – “The Billy Freebird” – is really something else. I’m experiencing a bit of a boot withdrawal. I wore them almost non stop for the last month, but these last couple weeks they’ve been tucked away. I haven’t decided yet if biking in boots is a great idea,. Biking in a dress isn’t, I can tell you that.
