5 MOUTH-WATERING SUMMER RECIPES

I can spend all winter eating pastas and pizzas and heavy meals, but as soon as the sun starts to shine the thought of heavy foods is just too much. The higher water content the better. Maybe it’s just because I don’t like the heat and heavy foods just make me even more lethargic.. Anyway, finals are finally over and my appetite is back. After a post-finals Pinterest-therapy session, I found a bunch of great recipes I can’t wait to try!

I agree, I'm all about lighter food this time of year. We also do a lot of grilling to keep the cooking outside and not heating my kitchen 🙂
I have to try the tomato, cucumber, avocado salad…it looks amazing!

It's a brilliant idea! I love grilling in the summer but with 100+ temps sometimes we stick to foods we don't have to cook (like that awesome salad) because it's hot no matter what we do!
