Where It’s At by Dustin Lynch. I am obsessed with this song. A fellow country lover shared it with me a couple weeks ago and I’ve loved it since. Wednesday morning I woke up singing it and no matter what I did or listened to, I could not get it out of my head. I made my classmates sit in the car with me when it came on right as we pulled into dinner last night. I’m definitely one of those people you see dancing in their cars, and this song is one of the worst for that.

My favorite outfit this week is this one, worn by Jane Aldridge of Sea of Shoes. It’s been Texas hot and I don’t mind it, but this outfit looks like an even better way to enjoy my time here. The white shift and simple shoes are absolutely perfect, so elegantly simple.
I’m on the hunt for a new agenda and I think I’ve found it. This 17 month journal by Kate Spade is amazing, and the best way for me to get off the academic calendars. Now I just need to decide on a color!
This past week I’ve spent in class all day long, so I’ve kept my makeup minimal to give my skin a rest. I have a Burt’s Bees tinted lip balm always in my bag, but with nearly no make up it looks kind of silly. I wish I had something like Dior Addict Lip Glow in my arsenal, It’s pretty and simple and totally functional.
I’m a big quote person, but these days it doesn’t seem like the words exist to describe what’s going on in my head. I stumbled on this little proverb on Pinterest, and I really like it. Promise and peace, I think those are two things we could all use a little more of in our lives.
My sweet tooth has been more active than normal lately. Fortunately, I’m craving anything berry and fruity flavored rather than chocolate. I saw this Strawberry Banana popsicle recipe and I cannot wait to get home and try it. It sounds so delicious and not so unhealthy. I think it would go great with a little mint water.
