I’ve mentioned before that I continuously forget/neglect to get things I’ve wanted/needed for a long time. A lot of times it’s because I’m looking for the most perfect version of whatever it is or because I go shopping without intending to shop and get caught up. Either way, this year I’m hoping to change that. I’m a bit of a shopaholic which isn’t the best trait, so this year I’m going to attempt to channel that into pieces I’ve wanted or needed for a long time.
First things first, pants galore. I swear, I have the hardest time shopping for pants and shorts. I don’t envision them well on me when I see them hanging and they’re such a pain in the butt to try on (sometimes it’s depressingly literal). But this year, like, 5 pairs of jeans and several other kinds of pants need to become part of my closet. Seriously. Any recommendations??
The rest of the items are things I’ve been coveting and needing for awhile. There’s definitely more on that list, but these are my top items for 2014. Total cost: $726.92, not including pants. Ouch. Well, not too bad. I’ve wanted them for the longest time and I know they would get plenty of wear (Go, PPW). I can spend half that in a day on a retail therapy trip, but the goal is to not break the bank. I need to be able to afford this year’s vacation! 😉 And school…
