The Holidays are around the corner. Most people have been thinking about them for weeks, I’m sure. Shopping and planning and wrapping. I decided to put together a list of things I love, but that are things I would tend to not think of buying for myself. It’s the passing glance “I love that” followed by “but I really need new jeans…” And then it just never finds it’s way into my closet. The kind of thing you could live without, but you don’t really want to, and you think about it long after you leave the store.
Picking things that last or are memorable pieces was important in this list. I think the face scrub stands out as the one thing not like the others, but it’s so wonderful I couldn’t not include it. The rest of the items I think embody the “gift” concept really well, something that is meaningful because it reminds the recipient of the giver. They’re also useful, which is a wonderful gift concept, so they’ll be loved and worn or used and not sit at the back of a shelf gathering dust.
